Return Process

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective blade guards and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to the Bayou

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned tools for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
